“Practicing the Course” is a discussion and reflection drawn from Karen Casey’s book Daily Meditations for Practicing the Course.

The Course refers to A Course in Miracles written by Helen Schucman. This course is a spiritual thought system that teaches that the way to Love and Inner Peace is through Forgiveness. Miracles, Casey explains “are little more than simple shifts in how we perceive our lives, other people, and the myriad situations that engage us makes it possible to thoroughly appreciate every moment of a day.

Each Sunday discussion in September will begin with that day’s meditation from Casey’s book, reflecting on those words, and sharing with each other how we might put those ideas to work in our daily lives.

A four week course beginning September 11” (may continue upon consent of the group)
      At Throop – Emerson Lounge.
Cost: Free, a $5.00 donation is encouraged toward materials.
